2007 Rosella's Vineyard Syrah

Continuing in our tradition of how we’ve produced this wine in the past, we used 50% whole cluster fermentation in the 2007 Rosella’s Vineyard Syrah. This technique helps bring out the natural pepper aromas of Syrah, and it also adds longevity to the wine’s life in bottle.
